ENT 426 - Entrepreneurial Finance, Accounting & Control 3 Credit Hours
Designed to prepare the student for the general management role of the entrepreneur from a financial perspective. Focus on understanding and exploring the costs and benefits of various forms of financing options available to the entrepreneur. Special emphasis on issues relevant to entrepreneurs who want to grow a business from embryonic stage into a larger firm. Some topics include how to attain funding for capital and operating needs, profit planning, cash flow management, and budgeting. The course will also enhance skills in small business financial statement analysis and business financial planning.
Prerequisite: Senior level.
