Arkansas History will be explored. The history of the state from the first Native American inhabitants through present day society. The geographic features and economics of the state, focusing on the political, social, religious, military, scientific, and cultural developments that have occurred over time. A special emphasis will be placed on African American’s impact and influence on Arkansas’ culture as well as the teacher educator.
